At The Mount there is a sophisticated Music Programme for all children. The standard and quality of music is exceptionally high. Pupils and staff work hard throughout the year with whole class lessons and individual lessons.

Our own music staff work alongside peripatetic teachers. Senior School Music Teachers visit us on a weekly basis to work with band, orchestra and choirs. The pupils are offered an extensive programme of examinations through the Associated Board of The Royal Schools of Music. Our pupils also regularly perform at local Music Festivals including Crosby and Southport.
