A very big welcome to our new Reception children

All our new Reception children have had a lovely day and all of them have settled in marvellously to life at The Mount. They have all done so well that you'd think they were old hands at it. Here's a few photographs of them enjoying their first day.

The Big Kick Off - Jamie Carragher's Testimonial!

As you may be aware, The Mount recently won the opportunity - thanks to all your hard work - to play a match during the half time interval at Jamie Carragher's Testimonial Match on the Saturday 4th Sepetmber 2010 at Anfield.

In order for the children who are representing the school to prepare they are having two training sessions, the first being Thursday 26th August and the second Thursday 2nd September 2010.

Both sessions are from 1.30pm - 3.00pm and the children who have been selected for the training will need to bring their boots, shin pads and a drink

Unfortunately, the training camp abroad was fully booked so the school playing fields will have to do!
