As you are all aware, The Lion King Trip was a roaring success - pardon the pun!  Here are a few photos of their brief journey to London. 

Thursday 2nd December 2010 - 10.45am.

The latest update is that the trip is expected to return between 3.00pm and 3.30pm today.  Because of weather conditions they are heading home early in case of any delays.  If there are any further changes parents will be notified.

Thursday 2nd December 2010 - 9.00am.

All children are safe and well.  The group had a fantastic night all round.  They enjoyed their meal with many of them having seconds and thirds.  The children and staff were all mesmerised by the show and most of them sat with their mouths open throughout the whole thing because it was so spectacular. Once back at the hotel everyone was asleep pretty much as soon as their heads hit the pillow after a long day.

This morning they are up and about and getting ready for breakfast. They are planning a trip to the museum this morning. All children have been an absolute credit to yourselves and the school. Behaviour is impeccable. 

All arrangements today are as planned.  Any alterations will be posted on the website. 

Wednesday 1st December 2010 - 4.00pm.

Word is in that the London Trip to see The Lion King has arrived safely. There are no problems and everyone is safe.  Rooms have been allocated and all the children are happy.  They are all very excited about the night ahead and are getting changed and wrapping up ready to head out.  There are no problems and behaviour so far has been described as 'outstanding'.  A big well done to all of them.
